If you are not happy with your purchase, receive a defective item, or if your item gets lost, please contact me via the contact form or via instagram and I will be more than willing to find a solution and/or to refund if necessary.
You can ask for a return up to 14 days after you have received the goods. In order to obtain a refund, the goods must first be returned to the seller (except in case of lost parcel). Goods showing obvious signs of normal wear and tear will not be refunded unless deemed defective.
In the event of a defective item, I will cover return shipping and refund the cost of the item. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded and that the refund will include the price of the item only.
If you wish to return a new, unopened item, simply because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded and that the refund will include the price of the item only.
Lost parcels will be refunded in full, pending an investigation with the postal service to determine item wasn't delivered. Alternatively, if item(s) purchased are still in stock, I would be happy to send a replacement if you wish.
